Not much to say today except that i'm kind of over the restrictions of this diet. I just need to keep that "HOT" body in mind!
Weight loss to date: 1.4kgs
6:30am: 64.0kgs
9:00am: Roast Chicken Omelette
1:00pm: Few pieces of roast chicken & Glass of Milk
2:30pm: Few chicken slice & ham pieces
7:30pm: 4 Chicken Satay Kebabs ( Sian forced me! - KIDDING! lol - they were so tasty, so in that case I probably wasn't allowed them lol )
All Day:1-2 Litres of water
