Day 1 of the Dukan Diet | Struggle Street

To begin with I should probably discuss why I'm on a diet, why this, why now, blah blah. I am on this diet because I have just started exercising (Pole Fitness) and have finally got the motivation to want that hot body that you know we all want. My hot body goal is to look like Lara Bingle on a good day!

Currently I am 21, 167cm and 65.4kgs. My goal is to lose 5kgs in 7 weeks. Challenging? YES! But lets give it a crack!

Day 1 of the Dukan Diet was challenging. I must let you know, I have tried this before and lasted two hours. So far its been 15 hours, but who's counting?

6:30am: 65.4kgs
6:45am: 97% Fat Free Yoghurt with 1& 1/2 tablespoons of Bran. (Apparently you will need this)
8:00am: 2 Boiled Eggs
9:00am - 4:00pm: I grazed on 97% Fat Free Honey Ham & Roast Chicken (Minus the skin & Wings)
8:00pm: Medium Piece of Steak marinated in Balsamic Dressing.
All Day: 2 Litres of water
9:00pm: 65.6kgs

As you can see after all that I only put on 200 grams, that is major first for me! I can't lie, I struggled a bit from lunch time, I am use to feeling completely full but because I was grazing all day I didn't. A big part of the Attach Phase is that you shouldn't starve yourself and can eat as much protein as you want. (I just didn't bring enough to work) Now, I did take before photos but I will not be scaring the world with those until I have a smokin' "after" photo.
