These coffee balls were made famous at our coffee shop Olos Espresso. It took me a few recipes to find the best mix, but I think i've nailed it this time. I guess i'm letting you in on a trade secret?


2 cups of oats
2 tablespoons of Olos Espresso ground coffee
1/2 a cup of almond meal
1/2 a cup of natural peanut butter
1/2 a cup of honey
Handful of dried cranberries
Chocolate powder


Add oats, coffee, almond meal, peanut butter & honey into a large mixing bowl.
Mix together. 
Once mixed add cranberries & mix all together.
Prepare side bowl with chocolate powder.
Roll mixture into "golf size" balls.
*Tip* wet hands before rolling balls to prevent sticking.
Place coffee balls onto a baking paper lined tray.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
