Today on Facebook, I came across this amazing event that will be happening in my local area. (For anyone that doesn't know, I live in Brisbane) The event is called Wardrobe Warriors.
Basically, the event gives people a chance to clean out their wardrobes & sell their unwanted clothes, accessories, shoes & beauty related items. Local fashion boutiques may also get involved & set up stalls, this is an opportunity for the smaller labels to get their brand out there to other fashion minded folk.
If you're finding it to hard at the moment and you are a fashion hoarder like me, then come along & see what bargains you can pick up. Entry to the event is a gold coin donation. All proceeds are going to Assist A Sista, a charity that supports people who have suffered & are unfortunately suffering domestic violence. Not only is this event great for so many people that are completely over selling their unused goods online, it is for a fantastic cause that helps a lot of people. Wardrobe Warriors wants to make this fashion event as great as they can, there will be a DJ, lots of coffee & fashion. What more could you ask for? I will be attending this event & cannot wait to let you all know how it went!
Back to the basics. If you would like to sell at the event, all you need to is purchase a ticket. Tickets are only $53.50 & includes your own separate 3x3m stall to arrange & display your items as you wish. If you want to, spilt the cost with a friend & you can share your stall! Think of it as your own little boutique.
